Yes, Flash Renamer is perfect for renaming photos. It has several functions that can perform what you are looking for. You can e.g. use the "add" function. You can also use the "enum" function to add a number sequence to your files. You can try Flash Renamer for free before you decide if you want to keep it. Good luck!
