There shouldn't be any limit to the number of files. (but the program will likely crash if you add more than 32768 files... :-)
The only limitation is with regards to memory. Scanning large files can require a lot of memory. The amount required depends on the size of the file, the length of each line and the number of duplicates found. In Windows each process, such as Dupli Find
, is limited to allocating a maximum of 2GB of memory. If this limit is crossed, Windows will simply terminate Dupli Find
without an error message.

I was just curious about size or line limitation. Is there a limit on how many files I can merge or search through dups? Thanks,
