First, make sure to upgrade to 6.3 in which I have fixed some Win7 issues with the context menu. As far as I know it should work. But:
The right click menu does not work on 64bit Windows version. This is because 32bit and 64bit processes can not be mixed. A possible workaround is to use the 32bit version of Windows Explorer. You can find out more about this problem and solution on this page.

itself works if directly invoked and you can then replicate the actions that "Basic File Cleanup" would have done.
