Can you be more specific about the error message? When does it occur and exactly what does it say. Does it say anything in the status bar? (Take a screenshot if you want to.)
Is it a text file or a word/excel document?

I only do mailing list updates once a month but cannot figure out how to get rid of the duplicate files (e-mail addresses). I run the search, find the duplicates, make sure to omit the first duplicate and when I go to save the file I get an error message that the file cannot be saved. I am usually pretty good with computers even though I have no formal training. Please give me whatever help you can
