ASKING FOR HELP & REPORTING BUGS

If you have a question or find a bug that you want to report, here are some guidelines:

• Describe your problem as careful as possible. The more info I get, the easier it will be for me to help you!
• If a bug occurs, try to describe exactly when it happens, the process leading up to it and also what happens next. I need to be able to re-create the bug in order to fix it!
• Screenshots can be very helpful since they often provide information about the situation you might not think or know is important.
• If the problem is related to a specific file, you are welcome to attach it to make it easier for me to recreate the problem.
• Be sure to read the user manual! I have written a lot of helpful advice in there.
• Make sure that you have the latest version of the application installed, as the problem might already have been fixed. Don't forget to tell the Windows version you are using.
