Date: Thu, 5 Oct 2006 21:22:07 +0200Enable the "instant preview" again and it will generate the preview. Then
click again to disable it again. I know this is a bit akward, but I have
actually never heard of anyone before that does not want to have it enabled.
The program is designed to let you continue eg typing while the preview is
working, so you never have to wait for it to finish. There are a few
functions that take too much time to have it enabled, but these are rarely
used...
