I guess I never though that anyone would want to extract duplicates... but looking at the pdf you sent me I think I can understand why. So I made an update to the program with a new option! You can download it here:

Hi to everyone, your software is such a great utility to me, it works smoothly and fast, I hope that u continue with the development of the software.
I have found a little bug in your software, well maybe is not exactly a bug but an important missing feature , the "bug" is that if the document have more than one time the same image but on different locations inside the document your software will only unique images.
In my case would be great if you could put an option to extract "All the images" or just "Unique Images".
I'm sending you an example of the file
If you could add this feature to your software I will donate the good amount to you and your team to go to dinner :)
