I've never heard of this before. My first suggestion would be to uninstall it again, and then make sure that all settings are gone by deleting this folder:
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\RL Vision\Flash Renamer"
Now download and try to install the latest version (6.02) again. I hope it will work!
