In the first case, if there is a problem caused by Flash Renamer, here is how to fix it: start Flash Renamer and open the settings. The first thing you see should be the "shell integration". Here choose "do nothing".
In the second case, if you have XP 64 then this is normal, since the right click menu does not work there yet.
