Things are coming together very nicely. I will soon have a new version for you! A release candidate!
I also had a look at your problem with the program hanging after you had renamed a lot of files, and I know why it is happening. Actually, it is just processing, and it should have finished eventually. I will add a % counter to begin with, to show that it is not frozen, and also make it a bit more responsive. Then I will have a look at the actual problem, which has to do with restoring the order and selection (turn these off to speed things up).
