Some applications that create PDFs will split images into several slices like in your example, which are then displayed next to each other so they look like a single image. I don't know why this is. Problem is, that my program sees them as separate images. I have plans to implement a join feature in the future, but at this moment I have no solution.

However, I downloaded your example, and extracted all the images (35 in total). Then I merged them and compared them to the PDF, and as far as I can see, all the information is there. Are you sure pieces are missing, or is there another PDF with problems?
