At the moment you can not link the FR editor with Excel like you want to. There is no full function to rename files with a list of "before & after" filenames, but I have made a simple script that might work for you. Look in the "scripting" function.
Also you can send a list of files to load via command line. The files will be loaded into the "free select" file browser. You can also rename the automatically via command line using presets.
