Hi,

It looks like you are using some kind of skinning software to change the look of Windows. This is likely what is causing the problem. (Please tell me about what software you are using.)

I don't have a real solution for this until I have looked into it further, but a possible solution would be to open the folder where Flash Renamer is installed and rename the file FlashRen.exe.manifest to something else (for example put an underscore in front of it). This will cause the program to revert into non-xp-theme mode, which does not look as good but probably works.
