The best I can do for you is this:
Install the program and then find the folder where it is installed. Copy this entire folder to a new place. Now create a new empty file in this new folder, and call it "DinnerWiz.dat". This will make the program store the settings in that file instead of "globally". Now you can make further copies of this folder. Each copy will have its own settings. This way you can manage several menus at once.
