I'm glad to hear that you like my program!
Try to open the options, and on the first page you will see the shell extension. Select "none" and press ok. Open the options again, and select the third option ("recommended"). This should hopefully setup the menu again!
Also make sure that you have restarted your computer in between the installation and the above.
