Date: Sun, 06 Jul 2008 17:09:06 +0200I'm not sure there is an easy way to figure this out. I could see it, because I noticed how the pdf was re-drawing itself, but that's because I understand the technical aspect of it.
I guess what you are looking for is a program that can export the entire pdf to images, including the text. I don't know of any such programs, but I'm sure they exist.
