Date: Mon, 29 Dec 2008 18:11:06 +0100The shell item should always appear, but it behaves differently depending on the item you click on:
* Right click on *files* to get a "full" menu with options.
* Right click on *a single folder* to get a simple "start from here" option.
I'm pointing this out so that you have not missed the second version. If this does not solve your problem, can you tell me more and perhaps investigate when it appears and not?
