Subject: Re: FlashRenamer 6.3 Intl Characters
Date: Sat, 21 Nov 2009 17:52:02 +0100Never. FR is built using Visual Basic 6, made by Microsoft and one of the most popular programming languages of its time, but suddenly M$ decided to stop supporting/developing it. So I am stuck with VB6 which does not support international characters, and there is nothing I can do about it except for re-programming the whole thing in another language. This is not an option for me. It would simply take too much time.
That begin said, characters like é á and ú are fully supported. The boxed characters are likely asian, cyrillic or some other non-western language.
