>From what I can see in the second capture, the first file is not getting a preview since the new filename would be the same as the current one, so Flash Renamer will skip it.
The counter will only increase the number after it has been used. This is why the second file gets "1". I can see that this is a problem in some situations such as this one, so I'll have to think about if this needs a solution.
