Date: Fri, 19 Mar 2010 18:24:36 +0100In v6.4: Top left corner, under the logo. Here is a box with global settings. Here you will find a "link" that says "setup counter" in the bottom right corner of this box.
Pre 6.4: Goto "numbers" -> "add counter" and you will see the counter settings.
