If I understand you correctly, there are two ways:
1. Use the "editor" and paste your list of new filenames into it. This works if your list is in the same order as the old filenames.
2. I made a script that can do the same, but also if the order does not match. It's a bit tricky to use, but should work. It's called "CSV List Rename".
