Subject: Re: Dupli Find
Date: Fri, 27 Aug 2010 19:26:32 +0200As you mentioned you were pretty good around computers I assumed that this would be no problem. I have another suggestion that will probably fix your problem:
Although you have not said it, I assume that the file you are working with is either a Word file or an Excel file. (I'm assuming this because of the error your told me.) Dupli Find was originally made to work with text files. I am pretty sure that your file will work if you save it in Word/Excel as a plain text file and open this with Dupli Find instead!

If I get 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5, 6, 6, all I want to do is get rid of the extra 1, 4, and 6. If it is not easy to do or for your to explain to me then I guess I just need a refund for the amount paid. The program is frustration the holy HE@@ of out me.

I only do mailing list updates once a month but cannot figure out how to get rid of the duplicate files (e-mail addresses). I run the search, find the duplicates, make sure to omit the first duplicate and when I go to save the file I get an error message that the file cannot be saved. I am usually pretty good with computers even though I have no formal training. Please give me whatever help you can
